  In case you are scratching your head at the math equation, it is Heisenberg's uncertainty principle which notes that measurements of certain systems cannot be made without affecting the systems, that is, your awareness of things will change things - thus the teaching of mindfulness... get it, physics, mathematics, philosophy, mindfulness; it turns out all subject have been hammering it away, nobody is quite paying any attention :-) , but we are trying to say; it is all about Awareness, Awareness, Awareness
