About the Workshop:

With the sun coming out and our gyms closed, many are increasing their personal running mileage, or beginning their running journey for the first time. Running is a wonderful tool for stress reduction, and an inexpensive way to address wellness goals during these stressful times.

Join your fellow yogi and Physical Therapist, Dr. Elena Soles, as she focuses on running form as a tool for performance and injury prevention. She will provide tangible solutions to improve your running economy, and important principles of form that contribute to discomfort for experienced and novice runners. This is an interactive lecture, with guided exercise and movement to facilitate learning.

The first hour of the workshop will be in lecture format with opportunities to get on your feet and practice concepts in whatever space your home allows for, followed by an hour of Q&A to address individual concerns. This is an online course via zoom-conference; this format allows for interactions, laughter, and human connection as well as screen-sharing of material.
