About the Event
Let's face it, working from home and dealing with the extended stress from the virus, some of us find it hard to keep our weight in check. We may also be experiencing brain fog, excess gas, belly discomforts, and energy dips throughout the day. Our office is now practically in our kitchen, and it is easier than ever to give in to our cravings; this, of course, leads to food choices that form into habits. Covid has been in our lives for 18 months; that is a long time, and unfortunately, 18 months is plenty of time for developing unhealthy habits.
Fear not! Help is on the way!
21-Days of Reset/Detox – 3 meetings to teach you mindful, healthy eating habits for lasting success. Learn to understand basic concepts in metabolism and nutrition. Once you know the science, it will be much easier to follow the accessible, pragmatic practices for lasting success.
When? – when you have time!
- Attend live via Zoom, a great option if you like to ask questions: We will meet on 3 Fridays in a row from 6-8 pm.
- or Learn when you have time. Watch the recording of our meeting. The recording will be valid for seven days after each session.
We will send you the Zoom conference link 20 minutes before the live session, so make sure to have a good and valid email on file. The recording will be emailed to you 30 minutes after each zoom meeting, around 8:30 pm on Fridays.
