Everything in the universe is constantly vibrating, pulsating… Life cannot exist without vibration. Nothing is really standing still. As beings of frequency, our bodies are sensitive to sound vibration and can be profoundly nurtured and transformed by harmonic frequencies that are in resonance with nature. Sound is not just heard with the ears but can be felt with all of our senses and absorbed by all levels of our being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Harmonic resonance can have a soothing effect on the nervous system and calm the mind in a manner similar to traditional meditation.
During our time together, you will be lead through a gentle slow flow carefully designed to connect you to the intelligent frequencies of your own body, followed by a holographic sound meditation ― a deeply immersive, full-body listening musical experience. Carina will use crystal bowls & vocal toning, in combination with guided imagery meditation, to create powerful holographic sound vibrations that will wash over your body and mind, producing gentle yet potent therapeutic and restorative effects. You will walk away feeling centered, grounded and calm… while at the same time, invigorated and full of life.
