Sit back, relax, take a deep breath and let the sounds of singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and drums take you on a journey of relaxation and healing. Feel the sound take you along and guide you on this journey. Unwind, relax, and enjoy this time set aside for you in this ultimate self-care class.

Kerry took her first yoga class in 2006. The class was way more than she expected and sparked something within her. That spark didn’t take to flame until she moved from Texas to Arizona. Her journey into sound meditation, yoga, herbalism, and Shamanic Reiki truly took off in the beauty of the desert.
Since starting that journey in 2013 Kerry has lived her passion facilitating sound journeys, herb classes, and private sessions of sound, energy work, and clinical herbalism.
From a very young age, Kerry always had a love for nature and felt most at home with her feet in some wild place with water, trees, rain, and green. Moving to Washington brought her home, back to that wild place that’s always been in her heart.
