Enjoy a long Shavasana with Daniella’s crystal bowls and gong playing. Daniella plays powerful deep sounds of six large crystal bowls and a gong along with shamanic vocalizations.
The sounds are powerful yet gentle and will allow you to find a deeper rhythm of breath and relaxation. You will be surprised by how amazing the body can feel as you let go into the sounds of vibrations.
