Please join us for a special evening of yoga and sound healing with Daniella White.
Enjoy a long Shavasana with Daniella’s crystal bowls and gong playing. Daniella plays powerful deep sounds of six large crystal bowls, a gong, and shamanic vocalizations.
The sounds are powerful yet gentle and will allow you to find a deeper rhythm of breath and relaxation. You will be surprised by how amazing the body can feel as you let go into the sounds of vibrations.
