In honor of Ganesha Chaturthi, the story for this class will be about Ganesha's birth. Our yin sequence will support the meridians for the stomach and the spleen. These organs represent the earth element within us. Earth, in the cycle of the five seasons, is associated with the late summer. Each season has its unique purpose, and the late summer is the harvest. What was once a seed has come to completion.
